Andrew Lynch’s legal practice is focused on putting injured clients first. Andrew is a different kind of injury attorney – at his law firm, results matter, but Clients matter more.

Andrew Lynch has been where you are.  In 1996, Andrew’s teenage sister Ashley was killed in a car wreck.  The driver was drunk. Andrew’s parents woke up one morning and learned their daughter was dead.  Andrew’s family began going through what you are going through now, the difficult process of putting their lives back together after someone else’s mistake destroyed it.  Andrew understands from his own life experiences how difficult this can be. More importantly, he knows that a personal injury case is a journey, not just a destination. His goal in every case is to provide holistic, client-centered legal counsel.

Andrew focuses his legal practice on representing Clients hurt in motor vehicle wrecks, tractor-trailer accidents, DUI wrecks, premises liability cases (where someone is hurt at a business or apartment complex), crime victim compensation, and wrongful death cases.

Education

Andrew completed his legal education at Georgia State University College of Law, graduating with cum laude academic honors.  During graduation, Andrew was recognized for his public service with the highest honors and distinction for his contributions at the Center for Capital Litigation in Columbia, the Dekalb County Public Defender’s Office, and the Federal Defender Program in Atlanta.

Andrew is an Experienced Trial Attorney You Can Count On. After law school, Andrew began to work as a trial attorney at Dekalb County Public Defender’s Office where he gained extensive experience and the confidence to do whatever it takes to get positive results.   Andrew is a proud graduate of the Bill Daniel’s Trial Advocacy Program, which is strictly limited to 30 students and provides intense training for lawyers in how to conduct a jury trial.

Admission

Andrew is the 2018-2019 President of the Dekalb County Bar Association, the 2018-2019 Vice President of GACDL for Dekalb County, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Dekalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Andrew is the past president of the Dekalb Bar’s Young Lawyer’s Division and is also a member of the Decatur Rotary Club.

Andrew has been admitted to practice in all levels of Georgia’s Federal and State courts.  

Awards

Andrew was named at the earliest possible age a Georgia Super Lawyer for 2022.   Andrew was named a Super Lawyers rising star for seven years in a row, 2015-2021.  The Rising Star award is given only to the top 2.5% of lawyers in Georgia. Andrew has been awarded an “AV Preeminent” rating by other attorneys in the Atlanta legal community, the highest rating possible in both legal ability and ethical standards. The National Trial Lawyers Organization has named Andrew one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Georgia every year since 2013. Andrew has recovered over $90 million in dollars in judgments and settlements for his clients.
